Add one heaped teaspoon (2 g) to 150 ml of water just off the boil. Stir for ten seconds. Add milk and sugar to taste — the crema settles on its own.

2 × 100 g Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the jar immediately after use — freeze-dried granules take up moisture quickly. Best within 18 months of the date printed on the base.
